ie & outlook tech help please
When I install any one of the last 3 urgent updates for ie7 I completely lose all browser capability. ie7 tells me I have no network connections. I can however still email, play games, chat etc. Only solution found - reinstall ie7, turn off automatic updates, & don't manually install any updates for IE7.
Same for Outlook 2003. If I install the latest urgent update I can no longer send or receive emails. Outlook tells me it cannot establish any network connections. Only solution found - reinstall Outlook, turn off automatic updates, & don't manually install any updates for Outlook. I know several people with the same problem, but there doesn't seem to be anything on the MS tech/support sites about it. Can anyone help,or point me to a helpful site? (No "use FF n00b" stuff pls =/)

 Twas a long-unused ZoneAlarmPro stub causing all the problems.
