The newer server and client has alot of nice new features too tbh.

Quite simple really, .1/.2 has no limit on how many clients you can connect per server, where as .3 needs a paid licence to connect more than xx clients (Price going up as the required connections does). .3 enforces this with an online auth server. I imagine you can crack it or such, but why bother ...

Not quite battlefield, not quite CS... it was a disturbing 3rd *something* to which I could not give any time!

Hardly worth a thread really, JJ just letting off steam - and keeping himself in line with the language he used.

I'm not so nice on vent when I'm telling him he is a complete fag for not having his ML's done.

I could see if our guild rvr group wants to use it. We use the greystone.se one at the moment, but its quite busy all the time. Might be nicer to have a quieter one to use.

Who do we see about getting a channel set up?

I think its a totally impossible concept, with far too much work for far too little to gain.
