Hasn't it always been the case that it's difficult to get a new FG off the ground because you get ganked by the experienced and high RR groups? Just before cluster was a slightly unusual time on Pryd because many of the high RR groups had quit, so there were comparatively more middle-RR groups aroun...

I'm looking forward to Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. Morrowind is still my favourite single player RPG. I enjoyed the Theif series as well, but they don't have the replayability Morrowind has.
