Well credit is just your account total of cash. The assets are total units * current price. When you actually sell assets they may turn out to be worth less than that.

I know, I'm an Annoying Wonderful Kinky Frustrated Old Alien, but I have another question :'(

How do I actually realise my profit?
If I close a bid which is showing a profit it seems I just lose that profit completely? (Done that twice already =/)
So I have to leave it open indefinately?
But I can only have 10 active bids?
So when I end up with 10 profit-showing bids, I have to close one down & lose the profit in order to be able to vote on something new?

<scratches head>

The plan is to make it so that ratings that are older than 1 week are auto removed at the current price "locking" the post to that rating.

RAWR!

I guess all of this is actually quite a lot of work for you Lair :(

& all you get is a lot of silly questions from forum-users of dubious sanity :p

I guess you must enjoy it tho to some extent.
I remember when I was admin of a UO shard I spent hundreds of hours trying to work out the intricacies of the scripting system to introduce new things for the players & I really loved it!
Trouble was whenever I introduced womething new I ended up with dozens of requests/suggestions for other new things which I didn't have the foggiest how to do :p
