Labyrinth,new Champion Levels

can someone tell me, do i have to do something first if i want to gain Champ lvl XP?
Any quest to start,or something like this?

Ding 50th and talk to the king does it afaik. You can check you've activated and can recieve it by hoovering the mouse over teh CLxp bar and should get the msg 'You are now earning champion level one experience' or somesuch.

only if you run the labyrinth client

but you don't need to ding it over as such, should just clock on from cl5

aye, it's true. but all is not lost as i find the Lab client runs pretty smooth now. It was pretty laggy first patch but they have done something to it, not sure what, and it runs fine on a decently specced PC

It is determined by client used and not if you have activated the expansion ? That's crazy.
