look up spyware blaster, ad-aware and microsoft have put out a beta of an anti spyware tool (formerly GiANT) that works quite nicely, do a google for Microsoft Spyware.

by the way, do make sure you enable TeaTimer with spybot, realtime protection is nice.


oh and anti trojan software, you could do worse than check out moosofts 'The Cleaner'
