Looking at psychological point of view.

Agression (in this case verbal) is caused by frustration.
There are several reasons for frustration. One of them, is a lack of information. This is exactly the part where GoA is seriously lacking. The fact that GMs have to post info on community forums instead of the GoA frontpage shows that something in that organisation is clearly very very wrong.
